Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager who has specific experience in large office build-outs and or other Real Estate projects of similar nature. The Project Manager will work as a PM as part of Project Manager Team in the Business Corporate Real Estate Division.
The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
• The qualified candidate will be an experienced Project Manager that can jump in right away on high profile Real Estate projects that include large corporate moves, and large office build-outs.
• Background in corporate construction project management highly preferred.
• PMI/PMP is preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in working in a matrixed environment, attending meetings to coordinate the follow through on action items.
