The Senior Business Process Architect will participate in:
** Business Case Implications.
** Human Resource Impact.
** Technology Impact.
** Support of Strategic Intent.
** Facilities Impact.
** Program Prioritization.
** Policy and Rule Impact Analysis.
** Process Repository Management.
** Process Monitoring Needs.
** Process Governance.
In order to be considered for employment, the qualified candidate must meet the following criteria:
** Bachelors degree in Organizational Design, Human Change Management, or related discipline, or equivalent extensive and related experience.
** 7+ years of experience in business process redesign.
** 3+ years of business process reengineering.
** Strong ability to work with business reference models.
** Expertise in broad set of modeling methodologies, modeling tools and techniques.
** Strong skills in Modeling Business Processes, Roles, Organizations.
** Deep understanding of tying business value to process and process to infrastructure.
** Strong leadership capabilities.
** Strong written and verbal communications skills.
** Have an aptitude to learn and apply new technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
** Banking/Financial Services industry knowledge.
** Working knowledge of workflow and SOA.
** Program/Project Management experience.
** Industry certifications.
** Experience with Business Process Management Systems and Standards.
